COST PER PARTICIPANT
Registration fee: Delegates US$ 300; Corporate max of 3 participants US$ 750 (to include meals [2 teas and lunch], bag, stationery, cocktail, abstract book, transport for field visit); Exhibitors US$ 400.
For late registration delegates will be charged US$ 350 and late exhibitors will be charged US$ 500.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES/REFUNDS
Fees will be refunded, less 20% processing fee, if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 1st August 2026. After that date, fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
